"Our people are our most important asset" - a cliché but true. A key factor in the growth of Young and Gault over the last 19 years, to a current level in excess of 40 people, has been the quality and commitment of staff that are passionate about pro-active service and first rate design.
Office outings, events and parties are a regular occurrence. We have frequently planned study tours of European cities. Other events tend to happen spontaneously and serve to enhance the already excellent lines of communication which exist throughout the practice.
The office is a friendly, focused and fun place to be, but we take our business seriously and operate a program of Continuous Personal Development, quality forums and carry substantial technical resources to underpin our work. The Young & Gault team has been central to the success and reputation the practice now enjoys. Today's team is an eclectic mix of professional people making the office a refreshing and vibrant place to work. |
